Celebrating our different heritages and lifestyles is one way that we can better support each other. That's why we have launched a new Diversity Calendar that marks special events throughout the year.

- High Performance Culture Survey
We conduct an associate survey every 18 months to obtain feedback from all associates about several aspects of our culture. That includes everyone who works for Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, and the saks.com e-tailing team. Over the past several years, results of this survey have helped identify opportunities for improved communication, career development and work/life balance.
Our ability to attract a broader candidate pool of talented individuals is critical to our continued growth and success. We're also enhancing our onboarding and training programs to encourage more experienced individuals to transition their skill sets to Saks Fifth Avenue.
