Under the leadership and guidance of the Locator Manager or Supervisor, the Locator Associate is responsible for locating requested merchandise within our store and completing orders placed by our customers in other Saks stores. This position requires strong computer skills to pull requested orders and to fill. The Locator associate is expected to provide outstanding customer service and must work quickly to satisfy our customer's needs.
